Anti-silicate mortar

The PASARSILB anti-silicate mortar is a 100% inorganic compound consisting of a liquid component and a powder component, and the mortar is set by a chemical reaction. PASARSILB is resistant to most mineral acids except fluorohydric acid and all organic acids and salts and can be used up to C900 temperature.

Anti-silicate mortar

The PASARSILB anti-silicate mortar, which is marketed under the brand name PASARSILB, is a 100% inorganic compound and contains a liquid component and a powder component, and the mortar is set by a chemical reaction. PASARSILB is resistant to most mineral acids except fluorohydric acid and all organic acids and salts and can be used up to C900 temperature. PASARSILB is mainly used with anti-acid tiles or bricks for anti-acid structures. Due to its reasonable price, this product is widely used in various industries, including chemical industries, adsorption, distillation and dry towers, and mixing and storage tanks in sulfuric acid production industries.
Another outstanding feature of this product that distinguishes it from other similar products is the high resistance of this mortar to aqueous environments, this feature enables us to use this product in reactors that require the mixing of very strong acids. Use at high temperatures. This anti-acid mortar has excellent mechanical strength and adhesion and has excellent stability against acidic and alkaline environments. Mortar is resistant to all acids except fluoride acid or hydrofluoric acid.

How to use:
The surface to be applied should be flat and clean, the presence of bitumen, oil and petroleum on the work surface can reduce the effect of adhesion. Work environment and conditions will be different. Pour the required liquid into a clean container and then slowly start adding the powder to get a homogeneous mortar-like dough. The resulting mortar should be used within 20 minutes. The workability of the antacid mortar decreases after the start of the reaction, so always mix enough components to be used during the workability period. Use a trowel to apply the mortar to the wall surface, thus creating a layer with a maximum thickness of 3 mm in each step. You do not need water to use this mortar, and it should be noted that you should not mix the mortar that has started to set with the new mixed mortar. Do not add liquid if the mixture hardens to lubricate.

Temperature effect:
The setting speed is strongly influenced by the ambient temperature, the lowering of the temperature causes a severe delay in the setting of the mortar. Suitable temperature range is recommended for 20 تا to 25 کارC operation.

Warning :
Do not add water or any solvent to the separate mortar. All surfaces and materials used are completely clean and have no moisture.

Curing
The time required for final setting and full cooking is 15 days. During this period, moisture penetration should be prevented. Also, in order to use this mortar for surfaces that need moisture resistance, be sure to leave it for 48 hours after 10 days of application time. Expose to heat at a temperature of about 60 to 80 to complete the cooking process.

Health and safety:
PASARSILB compounds are silicate and can cause irritation due to contact with skin surface, eyes and mucous membranes. In case of spray on face and eyes, rinse immediately with water.

Storage conditions and time:
The two components of the antacid mortar can be stored for up to 12 months in the initial package away from moisture and prolonged sunlight at a temperature of 5 to 35 degrees Celsius.
Note: It is better to close the lid of the container containing the liquid well after each use of anti-acid liquid and in case of its long-term storage in order to prevent air from reaching it.
